Tammy

Greetings from the Great White North ! My name is Tammy and I live in Calgary AB Canada. I am a married WAHM to 4 years old boy named Riley and we also have two pound puppies, a pug named Pickles and a bijon named Tonka. I am so excited to be a part of the Use Your Stuff team ! My stash is always overwhelming so I'm happy when I have to use it up. When my scrappy friends need things, they come to me and I still don't know anything is gone :) I have a soft spot for 6x6 paper packs and ribbon. I love doing layouts, cards, SMASHbooks and have jumped on the ATC bandwagon. I don't have any particular style but tend to be inspired by the theme or the product that I am using. I love checking out other blogs so I will definitely be looking forward to checking out all those that play with us each week and being inspired and hopefully inspiring you as well.

Amanda

My name is Amanda Crow and I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am married to my wonderful husband, Shawn, and together we have an amazing one year old son, Benjamin and two furbabies, Tucker (4 years old Shepherd/Rotti cross) and Duke (2 years old Boxer). I have recently returned to work as a Physical Therapist after a year off with my son and am learning to balance work and home !
I was introduced to scrapbooking in 2006 and fell in love with it ! I love that it lets me document the big and small moments in my life in such a way that allows me to be so creative. I also love all the people that I have met through this wonderful hobby ! I file and store my layouts chronologically but don't always scrap that way. I love to try new ideas and techniques to make complex and detailed layouts but also love and appreciate the beauty of a simple layout too. Completing challenges and being able to share my work with others is so very motivating to me ! I love to get feedback on my layouts and cards and feel honored when I am able to inspire others. I am so excited to be a part of this fabulous Creative Team !

Michelle

Hi, my name is Michelle Looi. I'm a full time working mum and have 2 boys age 5 and 7. I have been crafting since May2011. As DT member I hope to inspire other crafters as much as they inspire me to try new things and techniques. I love mixed media stuff, getting my fingers colorful, especially green and blue every other week when I go to work. I do have tonnes of papers stuck behind the doors, so I do want to reduce the amount from what I had bought since I started scrapping mid of 2011. I have an obsession with washi tapes and want to use them up before I start hoarding again.

I am on the DT at Let's Scrap and Stick It Down . I had guest designed at Artist Cellar, CSI, Scrap The Boys ; and had been published on ezines - Life.Paper.Scrapbook, ScrapN'Art and ScrapStreet
My craft blog is at : http://scraposition.blogspot.com/ & Pinterest @ http://www.pinterest.com/miclooi/

Crafting to me is a way to seek solutide and an avenue to destress. Glad that I found this path and found some arty sense in me.

Renee

Hello!  My name is Renee Hagler.  I am a married mom of two almost adult kids.  We also have a 2 year old rescued Yorkie mix who is the baby of the family. Between the two kids and the puppy, I have plenty of scrappy inspiration to work with.   I work full time in a very left brain career.  Consequently, I crave all things creative.  My first love has always been scrapbooking, but I am also an avid photographer, crocheter and overall generally crafty person.  My motto is why buy it if I can make an even better one.  Most recently, I have developed a love of Copic Marker coloring.  I think it takes me back to my coloring book days as a child.   I am very excited to join the Use Your Stuff creative and can’t wait to share inspiration with all of you.

LORI STROUP Hello! My name is Lori and I live in a very small SW Missouri town with my husband, Scott, and our 2 sons, Matthew and Shane. We also have a daughter, Abby, who is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a one year old baby girl named Ada, that I get the pleasure of babysitting through the week. I started scrapbooking about 16 years ago and I haven't looked back since. Nothing relaxes me any more than spending time in my scrap room. I love looking back on all that has happened and preserving those memories! I would call my scrappy style clean and simple, but lately I have really been having fun adding more layers to my layouts.

Martha Lucia Gomez Hi, I'm Martha Lucia Gómez, I am from Colombia, but now I live in Miami, USA. My first language is Spanish, which is why when you visit my blog, you will see it is written in Spanish; but don't worry, I have a translate button. I studied Social Communications and Journalism, but I've loved crafts ever since I was a kid. Once upon a time, I used to work with metal jewelry, but one day I discovered stamps, ink and paper, and I was hooked; now it is my passion. I continue working in my profession, but at the same time I work on my blog and in various Design Teams; I can definitely conclude that working with paper crafts is the best therapy. I live with my husband and our two daughters and I divide my time between my family, my work in a Public Relations Company and my passion: stamping and crafting. I love to create cards, 3D´s and alter different projects. I am looking forward to working on this Design Team and sharing my passion with all of you.

SHIRLEY TAIT Hello! My name is Shirley Tait and I am lucky enough to live in gorgeous sunny Queensland, Australia with my wonderfully supportive husband of over 20 years and three beautiful children aged 18, 16 and 14! Our large family includes two puppies, two cats, fish & birds too! I love photography and as you can imagine I have no shortage of subjects! I am an avid card maker of some 15+ years and a keen scrapbooker of 10+ years. Whilst I have dabbled in other crafty areas such as OTP, ATC’s & Altered Art I feel that cards & layouts are my main passion in life! I feel my style varies with my mood from simple & clean cut to lumpy/bumpy. I have been a Stampin’ Up demonstrator in the past and I love copic markers (although I feel I have a lot to learn) not to mention all things glitz, bling, sparkle and I love, love, love flowers! Like so many of you I have a huge stash so I can’t wait to get started on the Use Your Stuff team. Looking forward to meeting you all and seeing your wonderful crafty creations! Happy creating.

MARION (MAJO) WYBRANIETZ Hello, I’m Majo Wybranietz. I live in Germany with my husband and our two lovely kitten. I started scrapbooking in 2008 and was addicted right away. I’m an "all-rounder", I scrap layouts and cards, love to create tags and ATC’s and get my hands into mixed media projects. I love trying new and different things and techniques. I'm on several design teams and have had my work published in a number of magazines When not crafting, I enjoy reading a thrilling book and working in our garden. I'm so excited to be Designer at UYS!

JULIA GULLEY My name is Julia and I have been scrapping and card making for about 15 years, scrapping longer than card making of course. I have grown quite the collection of scrap goodies over the years and I do like to shop for newer things but like many others my collection is feeling a bit like a hoard and I have a real desire to use all the beautiful paper, embellishments and lovelies that I have collected. I have tried all kinds of styles and techniques over the years and I have determined that I love to use sketches, yet do my own thing, I like a clean style, though a little messy, a linear style, though a little off kilter, a monochromatic scheme, with lots of color and single photo layouts with opportunities to add multiple photos. There you have it! Honestly though I love to scrapbook and make cards!! I occasionally try new things though not nearly as frequently as when I was a younger scrapper. I love to watch you tube process videos, scroll through blogs and participate in challenges! I've recently started making you tube videos, mostly kit shares, layout shares and kill a kit videos. I have tried to make process videos but I sometimes take a long time on a single layout and I find it difficult to talk for that long! I don't know how to narrate over videos that I've speeded up, so until I learn to do those that I don't think I will be sharing any more process videos. I love to share my layouts and cards and I hope to inspire others!

KARRIE SWEET I live in Ontario, Canada, and am a FT receptionist. My hubby and I enjoy travelling, motor-bikes, camping/boating, and I play beach and indoor volleyball. I started scrapping in 2001 when I made an album of our Dominican trip to my dad and step-mom’s wedding (read: an extremely basic album with rudimentary supplies – construction paper, glitter glue and stencils!) In 2009 we made some changes at home, my hubby suggested I take the little bedroom for a craft room and I jumped at the idea! A few years later my son moved out and I expanded into his room. Then we redid the basement and now my space is a beautiful 11×20 room, packed tight and I can be found there most weekends.
